Privacy Policy
Information handled by this website, its browser tools, advertising, external links and email contact.
Revised 3 November 2026. This policy describes the included website features and Clip Studio activation handling.
Reading the site and using tools
The site has no registration, comments, newsletter, checkout, upload endpoint or contact form. Search, calculators, the CSV checker and draft editors run in your browser. The site's own tool code does not send entries to a server or save them in cookies or browser storage. Reloading clears unsaved entries. Downloads you choose to save remain on your device.
The CSV checker requests the site's fictional sample when you select Load sample. It has no upload feature. These pages also load third-party advertising scripts, so the tool code's local operation is not a guarantee about all code on the page. Use fictional, non-confidential data in online exercises. Download the workbook and work offline for private figures.
The site's editorial photographs and resource captures are hosted in its own files; fonts use your device's system fonts. Advertising may load additional images, scripts and frames from other domains.
Hosting and technical requests
The host may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times to deliver and protect the site. No separate first-party analytics package is included in this release. Advertising has its own data practices.
Advertising
This release includes Adsterra display/native placements, additional advertising scripts and labelled sponsored links. The supplied integration loads scripts from bicea.org and closurenosy.com; advertising can make further third-party requests. These requests can reveal technical information such as IP address, browser details and page/referrer information. Advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies for delivery, measurement or related purposes.
See Adsterra's Privacy Policy and cookie information for the provider's published information. This page does not claim to inventory every dynamically served advertiser or cookie. Following a sponsored offer takes you to a third-party service with its own terms.
The Google publisher verification meta tag and ads.txt entry remain present. They identify the publisher; no Google ad-serving script is included in this release. If Google ads or other services are added, this policy and the deployed privacy controls must reflect the actual implementation.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Such settings do not replace a consent interface where one is required. This release does not include a consent-management platform that blocks advertising until consent.
Email you choose to send
If you email hello@unlimitedearning.online, your message and sender details are handled by the email service and may be used to respond or investigate a correction. Send only information necessary for the enquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank statements or client files. Contact the same address to ask about information previously supplied or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Portfolio enquiries
The Join our team page uses an email link, not an online application form or upload endpoint. Selecting the application button opens a draft in your email app; you decide what to add and whether to send it. The link contains a fixed checklist, not personal information entered on this website.
If you send a portfolio enquiry, the recipient and email providers receive your sender address, message and any links or attachments you include. Those details may be used to review your enquiry and discuss a suitable brief. Share only material you are allowed to disclose. Do not email identity documents, financial details or confidential client work. Use the same contact address to ask about your enquiry or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations. Third-party advertising still loads on the application page under the advertising practices described above.
Clip Studio activation
The Clip Studio desktop download does not collect activation keys in the browser. The desktop app sends its activation key, a hashed Windows device identifier, an installation public key and a signed validation request to the administrator's HTTPS licensing service. The service stores a keyed hash of the activation key, the customer label chosen by the administrator, the device binding, expiry/revocation status and activation/validation timestamps. Signed device-check records retain an installation reference, app version, access decision and last-seen time for up to 30 days. Access-decision changes are recorded in the administrator activity log. IP-derived request-rate identifiers are retained briefly for abuse prevention. Access logs may also be kept by the hosting provider under its configuration.
The desktop activation record is encrypted for the current Windows user. Keys are checked at startup and approximately every 30 seconds while the app runs. The licensing service does not receive video files, transcripts or AI-provider credentials. AI processing requested through a provider is separate and follows that provider's terms. The app also checks whether it is enabled and whether its version is allowed. An administrator may pause access or require an update. A Windows reinstall or a new Windows profile may need an administrator reset. Contact the site administrator to ask about license records, a device reset or deletion. Retain only necessary customer labels and review retention for expired/revoked licenses. Keep activation keys private and never enter them into an advertisement or third-party form.
External links and changes
External providers apply their own policies. This policy should change when site features or data handling change. For a privacy question, use the contact page.
