Make a correction easy to investigate
Include the page URL, the relevant sentence or resource filename, what you expected and what actually happened. For a platform rule, include a current official source. For a calculator, send only non-sensitive example inputs that reproduce the issue.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank statements, identity documents or confidential client files. The site has no upload form or account-recovery service. A mail link opens your email application; it does not submit a message automatically.
